1. Overview

This website is operated by Quake Supplements UK Ltd (Company No. 16502507, registered in England & Wales). Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Quake Supplements UK Ltd. By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Our products are intended for adults. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Products and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change descriptions and prices at any time without prior notice. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the total you pay for the products. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

4. Orders

When you submit an order, this constitutes an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including insufficient stock, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund via your original payment method.

5. Subscriptions

If you subscribe to regular deliveries, you authorise us to charge your payment method at the intervals selected. You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us before the next billing date. Subscription discounts apply only while the subscription is active.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment and delivered to the address you provide. FREE Tracked Delivery usually arrives within 3–5 working days, and Express Tracked Delivery (£2.99) within 2 working days. 7. Returns and Refunds

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened products. Unopened products with the safety seal intact can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Refund Policy for full details, including refunds for faulty or damaged items. This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, and images—is the property of Quake Supplements UK Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you placed your order, or for business losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
