Subscribe & Save

When you choose a subscription, you agree to receive your selected products on a recurring schedule and to be charged automatically, using your saved payment method, at the price and frequency shown at checkout (including any subscription discount).

Changing, Pausing or Cancelling

You can skip, pause, change or cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee, through your account on our website or by emailing support@quakesupplements.co.uk. To avoid being charged for your next order, please make changes or cancel before your next billing date. Orders that have already been charged and dispatched cannot be cancelled, but our Refund Policy still applies.

Reminders and Price Changes

We will email you before an upcoming renewal where required, and we will tell you in advance if the price of your subscription changes, so you can cancel before the change takes effect.

Your 14-Day Right to Cancel

You can cancel your first order within 14 days of delivery under our Refund Policy, as long as the product is unopened with the seal intact. Cancelling the subscription itself is free at any time.
