This website is operated by Quake Supplements UK Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we,”  “us,” and “our” refer to Quake Supplements UK Ltd. By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. 

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility 

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Products and Pricing 

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change descriptions and prices at any time without prior notice. Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. 

4. Orders

When you submit an order, this constitutes an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including insufficient stock, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund via your original payment method. 

5. Subscriptions

If you subscribe to regular deliveries, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the intervals selected. You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us before the next billing date. Subscription discounts apply only while the subscription is active. 

6. Shipping & Delivery

7. Returns and Refunds 

Due to the consumable and safety-sealed nature of our supplements, we do not accept returns or exchanges once goods have left our premises. Please see our Refund Policy for details about refunds for faulty or damaged items. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, and images—is the property of Quake  Supplements UK Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written consent. 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quake Supplements UK Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the  Service. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these  Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
