Refund Policy
No Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once goods have left our premises. UK law recognises that sealed items that, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once they have been opened. Our supplements are consumable and safety-sealed; therefore, for health and safety reasons, we do not offer a “change of mind” return period.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it’s supposed to do, you have the right to a refund, repair or replacement. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact support@quakesupplements.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photographic evidence of damage or defects.
Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Under UK law, customers must receive a full refund if an item is faulty, and certain sealed items cannot be returned once opened for health or hygiene reasons.
